Seeking individual with 3
years direct experience providing design and drafting experience to a team of engineers, designers and drafters. Must be able to think creatively and outside of the box for projects requiring unique solutions.
Shall:
Work within the design and engineering department to fulfill customer needs, internal and external, for material handling equipment and systems.
Assist in the prototyping process for new solutions, ensuring that tolerances and on paper specifications are tested and verified.
Qualifications:
Ability to use software packages for 2D and 3D drawing and modeling including SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor and TurboCAD.
Strong knowledge of mechanical tolerances and general components of electro-mechanical material handling and moving equipment, as well as heavy lifting machinery.
3
years hands-on design experience or B.S. in Engineering field, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Excellent salary to $95,000 with bonus for total compensation to $120,000 and full medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance plans as well as life insurance. Generous paid time off for vacation, holidays, personal and sick days. Tuition reimbursement for continued education provided.
