Full-time HVAC Service Technician Position
Summary:
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service while maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC heating and air conditioning systems. The HVAC Service Tech will provide routine maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and perform repairs for residential customers.Job RequirementsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience for an HVAC Service Technician Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history Must be able to pass a background and drug screening Must have tools necessary to complete service calls Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time Must have excellent organizational skills Must have good oral and written communications skills Must observe all company procedures and safety protocols Must be a team player Must be comfortable working with customers to ensure their satisfaction Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have basic computer skills Must be comfortable using a mobile device throughout the workday Physical Demands Moderate to heavy working conditions Must be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, stand for long periods of time, bend, crawl and kneel Must be able to lift 100
pounds at a time Must be comfortable climbing extension ladders 28ft
