Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Proficient in phone etiquette and operating phone systems - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment Note:
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
