Dental Front Desk Receptionist
Alpine Dental Associates Alpine Dental Associates Hayden, ID Hayden, ID Full-time Full-time $16 - $20 an hour $16 - $20 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Front Office - Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments - Assist with patient check-in and check-out process - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails - Provide administrative support to dental staff as needed Experience - Previous experience working in a dental office setting preferred - Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures - Proficiency in using medical office software such as Eaglesoft, similar systems - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and visitors - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
