We are looking for a project architect to handle some ongoing large developments.
QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of architectural experience in a professional office focused on residential architecture.
Licensed in Idaho or license pending.
Experience in producing construction documents and a good grasp of the current IRC.
Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD and experience in design, documentation and/or presentation experience Additional abilities in Enscape Strong communication and organizational skills Positivity, motivation, problem-solving and a sense of humor HOW TO APPLY Please provide a resume and portfolio demonstrating your work and experience.
Make clear that which was done independently, collaboratively and under direction.
Demonstrate a collection of hand sketches, computer models (rendered if you have them) and construction drawings.
